What are the age requirements for residency?
Coronado Palms is an exclusive 55+ community. At least one resident per household must be 55 years of age or older. This creates a peaceful, mature environment perfect for enjoying your retirement or next chapter.
Is the park pet-friendly?
Yes! We welcome pets as part of our community. For the safety and comfort of all residents, we have a policy for pets under 120 pounds. Please call us to discuss your specific pet and any associated guidelines.
What types of sites do you offer and what is availability?
We offer both mobile home sites (62-83 sites available) and RV sites with full hookups. Availability changes regularly. For the most current information on site types, pricing, and move-in timing, please call (619) 423-1800. Our office is open Sundays from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM for inquiries and visits.
What amenities are included?
Residents enjoy access to our swimming pool, reliable power hookups, a convenient dumping station, and off-street parking. We focus on providing the essential, well-maintained amenities that support a comfortable and community-focused lifestyle.
